Another great English/Continental verge fusee watch with calender disc.
Here's a wonderful piece. Most calendar watches typically have a calender hand which would indicate the day of the month. This one has a small aperture below the center of the dial to offer the date.
The dial is in nice condition having only a couple of light hairlines. Super "beetle and poker" style hands.
The silver pair case is in super condition. No bumps or dents... and quite weighty too.
The movement has a verge escapement, fusee drive and a nicely pierced two footed balance bridge.
Made ca. 1770, this watch is in very well preserved condition.
