Founded in 1997, the company finishes and assembles these pieces in McMinnville, Oregon. Over 30 artisans, 7 months and 800 individual operations to make one piece is a testament to the quality. And quality control is not something they take lightly. 20% of all completed knives are rejected by their quality control department and sent back to be reworked.
