Nice looking Elgin Shockmaster. The case has a gold filled top in very nice condition with no wear into the brass. Very interesting lugs too. The watch has a screw back stainless case back. The dial is in decent shape, showing some aging, but not necessarily rough enough to have it refinished. If you were wanting it done, we can have it professionaly refinished for about $40.
