Rogers & Co. Geneve Silver Key Wind (pw480)

Here's a substantial Swiss silver key wind watch, 55mm case diameter.

The Swiss style bar movement is gilt finished and jeweled to the third wheel. It also has a lovely long and counterpoised pallet fork.

The case is nicely engraved and has one small ding on the front cover, but not terrible. Brass (silver plated) inside dust cover.

Great hour and minute hands look original ... second hand looks to be a later replacement and is a little bit short.

A nice 1870's piece with a lovely case, face and hands and a good running movement. Very reasonably priced too.
