If you ever wanted a Grandfather clock but didn't have the space, this is certainly one clock to consider. The clock is new and was made in the most accurate case methods I have ever seen. The quality of the woods and finish is second to none. It is a truly wonderful clock. The movement is German and plays Westminster chime at the quarter hours on some of the largest chime rods imaginable. This accounts for an exceedingly rich and full sound. I have hardly heard another clock that "sings" as nicely as this one. The movement is key wound and runs 8 days on a wind. The movement even has a full length pendulum and not a balance wheel. There are no phillips head screws in this clock to give away it's age. It is lightly aged in all the right places. Think of all the places in your home that this miniature tall case clock could sit.
